ELC is the Federation of European Specialty Food Ingredient Industries.
It is a network of producers of many types of specialty food ingredients from around Europe. Its members are all companies and trade associations representing companies who make food additives, food enzymes, food cultures and other specialty food ingredients
There are currently 26 Members: 15 European-level associations representing groups of closely related products, 4 broadly based national associations, 6 corporate companies and one affiliated member association in the USA.
